HOW IT WORKS
We conduct a brief survey of your home or commercial property to familiarize ourselves with the layout, your alarm system, and to establish entry procedures and operational guidelines for our attending Key Guards. A set of keys to your property is collected, and a receipt is issued for your records. The keys are securely sealed and coded in our control room, accessible only by SIA licensed staff when necessary.
When we receive a communication regarding an alarm activation or a call-out request, our Key Guards are dispatched to your premises with the keys to investigate the cause. If the situation is deemed serious, you or your designated emergency contact will be reached for further instructions. Otherwise, we will operate within the established operational guidelines. If required, we can arrange for emergency services or repair companies to ensure your premises are secure. In the event of an alarm system fault, we will quickly arrange for an alarm engineer to attend. If your alarm system is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre, it will be reset according to the alarm company's reset policy.
Your property will then be re-secured, and a comprehensive report will be emailed to you for your information.
